LIME CRIME VELVETINES : FAKE VS ORI

This time, i wanna share an important blog for you about another FAKE vs ORI LIME CRIME VELVETINES

Lime Crime is best known has a great waterproof, smudge proof, long lasting, super pigmented, not drying and not sticky formula as a liquid lipstick. That's why it's a bit pricey and hell yea, it's worth every penny you spent for buying this ultimate liquid lipstick. This matte liquid lipstick has been popular in my country about a couple years ago (and still popular nowadays)

For so long, i've been selling hundreds of this products and yeaaaaaa, they always come in a very great feedback. Some of my customers always do the re-purchase to Lime Crime and shopping more when there's a discount or sale... Ahahahahahah

One day, my friend told me that there's shocking price of Lime Crime in one of the online-web shopping in my country that was totally non sense..

It's only Rp. 30.000 ($2) for each..!! WUUUUUUUUTTTTTT....!!!! THAT NON SENSE..!! TOTALLY NON SENSE...!!! FYI, Lime Crime price on web is $20, i sell in my country is about ($32, it will be cheaper if there's some promotion in the website)

as i checked on the website, i found there are so many sellers in that web selling a fake LIME CRIME. Some sellers even sell the FAKE LIME CRIME under Rp. 30.000 ($2) but you have to buy minimum a dozen and you can't choose any shade. The cheapest price of fake LIME CRIME that i found was Rp. 12.000 ($0,8)... WUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTTTTTTTTT....!!!!

how to spot it easily?

- The price is totally non sense

- You have to buy minimum a dozen, and can't choose any shade

(but, there's also seller who sells the fake stuffs as expensive as the original one, so please be very careful)

to be very honest and with my full respect to others, this post is NOT meant to look down upon those who cannot afford the real ones and decide to buying the fake ones or those who sells the FAKE LIME CRIME, also, this post is NOT meant to bring your online shop's name down. Instead, this post is meant for those who are willing and able to afford the real ones but confuse by too many fake ones in onlineshops, to know which is real from fake.

first of all, i would say it's a bit difficult to spot whether your LIME CRIME is fake or not if you don't have the fake and the original one, yet, i hope my review can give you any information that you need to spot the fake LIME CRIME 

as i did Google before making this post, i found that many FAKE LIME CRIME had different packaging, logo, fonts and even the smell with the ORIGINAL one. But, FAKE LIME CRIME itself has different packaging, logo and fonts. Being so curious of that, i decided to let my money flew away by buying one of this damn FAKE LIME CRIME. i was shocked to look at overall packing, box, the color swatch and even the scent, because it just 99,9% the same as the original LIME CRIME. To be honest, if me myself don't have the fake and original LIME CRIME, maybe i will get cheated by seller out there since they never put the real photo of LIME CRIME they sell.

i bought the FAKE RED VELVET since i already has my ORI RED VELVET

it has different font and how to write the shade

 the color of the label is a bit pale, not as bold as the ORI one

BOX :

FAKE : deep red color

ORI : light red color

 FRONT-BOX :

 to spot which one is the fake one, look at the fonts

but, not just that

 The Ori one has "TM" which wrote soooooooooo lil upper the "S" of velvetines

So, how to spot a FAKE LIME CRIME VELVETINES from the front-box?

ORIGINAL : deep and bold red with white printing

FAKE : pale red and the writing is a bit yellow

and there are so many differences i found in the back of the box, lemme zoom it for you (update : but this will not help you much, not a major things you need to notice ya)

The ORI LIME CRIME has more near space from the unicorn logo to the edge of the box

next, is the ingredients, they totally have different Ingredients

Now Let's compare the product

 the ORIGINAL one has more deep red color

there's a code in the bottom of the tube

FAKE : the name of the shade is bigger than the ORI

 The fake one has UNICORN logo (as i did Google, this was the old version of the Lime Crime. The Lime Crime has already done some changes in 2013. I also found the ORIGINAL one has ROSE logo)

 The applicator :

FAKE : longer

ORI : shorter and more chubby

as before, i did Googling, the longer applicator is the old version of LIME CRIME's applicator (please correct me if im wrong), LIME CRIME had changed the shape of it's applicator in 2013

COLOR

FAKE : a bit to deep fushia color, so there's a hint of pink color

ORI : deep and bloody red

Moreover, they have different scent (though they have the same sweet vanilla scent)

ORI : has a sweet milk vanilla scent that are sooooooooooooooooooooooo lovely and sweet
FAKE : it also has the sweet vanilla scent, but it is more smell like a liquid hand-soap

 Fake : the color is not too bold and deep/bloody red as LIME CRIME's description about red velvet

ORI : more bold and deep red, many of the bloggers said it is a Russian red color

 Both of the LIME CRIME are waterproof, smudge proof, opaque and long lasting
BUT...!!! The fake one tends to be more drying and sticky compares to the ori Lime Crime

It's so heartbreaking to know that there are so many fake cosmetics in my country. I don't know what is in their mind when they buy fake cosmetics.. is it because it's cheap? because you wanna be fabulous (and a lil bit show off) then bragging it in front of your friends? for adding more likes in your social media? or what?

or just because you simply dont know that IT IS FAKE? How if, your friends know that it is a FAKE stuffs? dont it will make you feel shame? moreover when they told you how harm the fake product is.. dont you feel scared? GEEEEZZZZZZ...!!!

and, i also have no idea of the sellers who sell fake cosmetics.. To earn more money? or what?

So my dearest, pleaseeeeeeeee pleaseeeeeee pleaseeeeeeee never buy the LIME CRIME from seller who sells it with nonsense price. DO NOT EVER PUT FAKE LIPSTICK ON YOUR LIPS because they may contain very harmful ingredients that you will never know. i highly suggest you to buy it from your trusted seller. for the sake, DO NOT EVER TRICKED BY THE CHEAP PRICE!!! you deserve to have a very great stuff dear, not a FAKE one that can harm you. PLEASE BE SMARTER ladies, don't spend your money to something which doesn't worth it to buy at all. I know you wanna look pretty and fabulous, but you don't know how fake cosmetics will cause harm on you. If you are uncertain to buy from the seller, please leave the seller, go find another seller. There are so many trusted seller here...

Don't you feel so cheated and deceived when you buy something fake, since it definitely goes beyond the amount of money you have spent/lost?

  if you dont have the budget to buy the ORIGINAL LIME CRIME, you can choose from other brands which have shade just as same as the LIME CRIME. Nowadays, many brands compete to make liquid lipstick. It is better to buy DUPES instead of FAKE . Do not take risk just to buy something which highly over your budget

Why you have to buy something that you cant use? just to show off? what so amazing about show off using a fake product?

just..... please please pleaseeeeeee never put any FAKE lipstick on your lips dear
this picture is taken this morning (29/02/2016). it's been 2 days after i swatch the FAKE Lime Crime in my hand. Even though i take a bath and rinse my hand with a liquid soap, there's still a tiny lil hint of the product in my hand.... IT'S SOOOO DAMN SCARYYYYYY...!!!! OMG..!!!
