Mizzu Perfect Wear Eyeliner Pen #Brown

i guess it's a bit late to review about this MIZZU eyeliner since this local eyeliner originally made in Indonesia was booming a few months ago 

what makes it so booming it comes in a great quality with a great shocking price 

expensive NOT AT ALL.. it's so incredibly cheap  moreover, this eyeliner is made in INDONESIA  (i think i mentioned it already) 
WOWOWOOWOWOWOOWOW.... that's awesooommmmeeeeee

maybe you have the same thought as i was in the first time, this low price eyeliner have a great result i was not sure..oh c'mon i already use the eyeliner with the higher price and still not gimme a great result how come this low price eyeliner can have the great result, that curiosity made me bought this eyeliner 

lately, eyeliner is one of the important thing in my daily make-up-steps 

well,, because it simply can change my look in just a second (besides wearing a contact lens)

applying eyeliner can make my eyes look bigger  wider  rounder  and more alive  (especially when i'm using a bigger contact lens)

a great eyeliner shape can make all the attention focusing just on the eyes

for a beginner (including me) a pen or pencil eyeliner is perfect, but for those who have an awesome oily lid as mine, i suggest dont take pencil eyeliner as it's easier to smudge

you dont want your eyeliner ruin your look, dont you

MIZZU PERFECT WEAR EYELINER PEN

packaging :

it comes in a plastic box depends of the eyeliner color with a white printing and a transparent part which allows you to look at the eyeliner inside, makes it looks a bit "expensive" 

in the top of the packaging is the eyeliner's color indicator

 It only comes in 2 colors, BLACK n BROWN

MADE IN INDONESIA 

Ingredients :

Black: Aqua, Acrylates Copolymer, Glycerin, Xanthan Gum, Propylene Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Cl77266, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Laureth-21, Sodium Dehydroacetate.

Brown: Aqua, Acrylates / Ethylhexyl Acrylate Copolymer, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Triethanolamine, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Polysorbate 60, Sorbitan Stearate, Triethylene Glycol, Benzyl Alcohol, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methlisothiazolinone, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Cl 77266, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Laureth-21, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Cl 19140, Cl 14720. 

i choose the brown color as it fits me better than the black one 

brown tends to look more natural instead of black eyeliner *IMO*

but if you wanna have a fierce look, don't use brown

the felt tip is a bit chubby comparing with my kiss me heroine pen eyeliner 

but it is soft not causing pain when i apply it on my eyelid 

bad news the chubby tip doesn't allow me to make a finest line  i had some difficulty in making fine lines every time using this eyeliner, always end up with too thick line

but still okay la~

i can say this is dark brown eyeliner has a good pigmentation

waterproof test (no rub) :

there's a sentence said : Takes 30 seconds to dry for maximum waterproof effect

with or without primer, just the same, when the water touches it, it smudges a bit

dab with tissue (no rub)

what about rubbing test  it disappears perfectly in twice hard rubbing, both, with and without primer

hahahahhahhaha 

apply in my eyelid : (primer on)

it moves onto my upper eyelid

another bad news if you re-apply the eyeliner after it dries, the first lines will disappear 
so, make sure you make a perfect line before it dries

oh yes i underestimated this eyeliner at the first time, but for IDR 25.000 ($2) this eyeliner doing awesome job  just like a hundred thousand rupiahs eyeliner

it glide smoothly when applied in my eyelid 

in my oily eyelid (both with and without eye primer) : it moves into my upper eyelid, it smudges a lil (still forgiven) waterproof nope

still forgiven due to the low price wakakakkakaak 

REPURCHASE..
ABSOLUTELY YES..!! the insanely low price comes with a great result
this eyeliner can be an emergency eyeliner if i run off my fave one
though, it's just IDR 25.000 still re-think to repurchase huh?
