Lioele Bubi Mascara VS Etude Lash Perm All Shockara
Lately, i was so curious about Etude Lash Perm All Shockara 
which claimed to be a shocking mascara that can give you shocking volume, curl dramatic length and also waterproof 
And this is a washable mascara as well. WASHABLE MASCARA in here means (in case you don't know) : you'll have a waterproof, smear proof, smudge proof mascara, but it's easy to be cleaned you can remove the stuff using luke water or remover, great isn't it? 
no need to worry about panda eyes at least that's what i experienced with my Lioele Bubi Mascara

the picture in the bottom (i guess) have a meaning that this mascara can do lengthening, giving our lashes more volume, not clumpy and waterproof
will it be as stated by the ads..

it comes in a pink bling box which makes it looks more luxurious

Outer Packaging :

Lioele Bubi Mascara - you'll have it with no box
TUBE :
Etude Lash Perm All Shockara - chubbier, shorter
Lioele Bubi Mascara - slimmer, taller
Wand :
Etude Lash Perm All Shockara - longer, slimmer
Lioele Bubi Mascara - shorter
Bristle :
the kinda bristle will not make the stuff clumpy in it, so it will not clumpy as well in your lashes 
but what i dislike about it is i have to coat my lashes so many times to make it visible 
if i do only 2 or 3 times, it will not gimme an impressive result

Left Eye : 6 coats of Etude Lash Perm All Shockara (look a bit wet yaaa) 
Right Eye : 1 coat of Lioele Bubi Mascara
Upper : 2 coats of Lioele Bubi Mascara
Bottom : around 9 coats of Etude Lash Perm All Shockara

CONCLUSION :
i don't get the SHOCKING result as it's claimed by Etude Lash Perm All Shockara
the ads is totally deceived me 
i have to coat my lashes so many times, if only once or twice, it will have no different.
Yaaaa, it does at least in lengthening, not clumpy, waterproof and smudge proof part. But, if you wanna have a pretty curly lashes, at least you have to curl your lashes first
This mascara is not kinda mascara that gives you a dramatic eyes immediately after coating 
Moreover, when the mascara is dry and i rub my eyes, it falls
Lioele Bubi Mascara is still my ultimate HG mascara
